I’m tying to update my PC from Windows XP SP2 to Windows XP SP3 using windows automated updates.
When I go to Microsoft Support and click on run windows update from the top downloads list, I consistently get the message “The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are trying to view” and I can’t proceed with update.
I could not find any solutions with the options provided n the message.
Please advise how to solve this problem.
