Are there any softwares available which can read & more importantly
REPAIR bad sectors in CDs?

I desperately need one......so friends please do me a favor by
suggesting such softwares.

I have already tried a few but though most of them claim to repair bad
sectors in CDs, none of them could actually repair.

Thanks,

Ron

Are you saying you want to 'fix' the physical disc itself? I don't think
that is possible. However there is software that can recover files from
damaged discs. ISOBuster, CD/DVD Diagnostic, CD Data Rescue are three that
I've used with good results

I guess I framed my post using the wrong words; sorry for the same.
What I meant was recover files from damaged discs. I have tried
ISOBuster, AnyReader, CD Data Rescue, CD/DVD Data Recovery, Max Data
Recovery, Rite Recovery & a couple of more softwares but none of them
could recover.

Any other suggestions, friends?

If none of those data recovery programs helped, then most probably you
are out of luck. If the physical data medium is damaged on a CD/DVD, you
can't retrieve data from it the same way you can with a hard drive. You
can contact a professional data recovery company such as Drive Savers to
see what they say, but be aware that services from those companies are
quite expensive.
