Attempted to correct problem not able to access update page to no avail. I
receive the following: "Network policy settings prevent you from using this
website to get updates for your computer."

Also receive an error message: "Persistence module has encountered a
problem and needs to close."

Went in the recovery mode...lost everything, including problems with virus.
Will attempt to recover some items with a program.
