Open Windows Explorer and locate these paths:
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution = Delete all Folders in the Right
Pane/Window (like download,updates..etc.)
Then this path:
C:\Windows\Temp\Temporary InternetFiles\IE.5Content = Delete all here.
Open a run command and type in:
sfc /scannow click [OK] let it run then Reboot into Safe Mode and Defrag
your system.
2... Secondly, try to clean up your caches, Internet files and delete cookies
by doing this:
Click Start >> Control Panel >> Double click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options.
On the IE properties windows you will see these Taps:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs |
Advanced
Under General Tab clear your History, Internet Files and Cookies.
Then click on Advanced tab and scroll down to under the Browsing Option:

[ ] Enable Third-Party browser extensions (Req Rest) uncheck this box.

Run windows Updates engine by going to the MS updates Site
and let the Wizard check for updates, when prompted to select from Express or
Custom Check and install updates, select Custom Instead of Express.
On the Express you will see the updates which windows want you to download
one of them will be Net Framework click the Plus [+] sign to expand and
uncheck both Boxes to not select this update to be installed and to never
show this updates again click View and Install and install any other security
updates then Close the IE and Reboot, does it show up?.
