Everybody on the net thinks the appearance of blank appointments in
Outlook has something to do with syncing pda's or phones.
I don't think syncing has anything to do with this problem, because I
get a few of these and I'm not syncing anything. M$ simply hasn't done a
decent job writing code for Outlook because this is a common problem,
according to the numerous complaints seen on the net when gOOgling
"blank appointments".
These appointments appear mysteriously after the computer wakes from
sleep mode or after a cold start of the computer, pre or post Vista
service pack 1. This did not happen with Outlook 2002, but it definitely
happens after Outlook 2007 starts automatically when Vista starts or at
7:45 am per task scheduler.
