I really grow tired of seeing this and while I feel certain this is
interesting news to some in a Linux newsgroup this is a Microsoft Vista
newsgroup. And please forgive my bluntness but no matter how much Vista is a
struggle it is still far and away the better OS on its worst day than Linux
for a user application OS for the masses. That is why Linux has a 6.1%
market share and other flavors make up the remainder of about 15% market
share total. MS has the rest and it earned it no it's not perfect and it is
not the best for all applications as there are some instances Linux or others
are more advantageous for the application.
So please go and bother someone else as we have real issues to deal with
here because MS is the largest single market share by more than a 5 to 1
ratio. And when Linux can stand shoulder to shoulder to MS then and only
then can it be any kind of comparison with MS of ANY flavor.
