Re-install Vista Extras

I have never been able to load and use DreamScenes even though my system
shows that it was downloaded. Perhaps I made the wrong decision, but I
unistalled all the updates I saw for dreamscenes, restarted the computer.
They do not show when exploring installed programs, but they still show on
the list in installed updates and I cannot access the Extras in Windows
Updates.

How can I reinstall DreamScenes?

Assuming you have Windows Vista Ultimate Edition?
