I Dont know if someone has already explained this, but the companys that make
HDs, DIMMs, and Flash Media think of 1KB=1000Bytes, 1MB=1000KB... so on. In
reality, 1024KB=1MB, 1024MB=GB, so on. It is that way to help keep memory
sizes kind of 'in porportion' because: 1 2 4 8 16 32 64 128 256 512 **1024**
