I am having same issue with my mom's laptop. It is older Dell Insperion but
was delivered with XP. First time I boot it runs for maybe 1/2 hour. Then
BSOD occurs at random and it begins rebooting automatically. (I will disable
auto reboot as described in previous post so i can read msg! ) Then intervals
between subsequent BSOD's becomes shorter and shorter. Until eventually PC
starts to reboot before it has finished previous boot up and goes into this
loop indefinitely.

I will post again with error msg on BSOD. Thanks

SGR - just your average Windows XP user :)
