This discusion is a little to technical for me, but it seems to be the same
problem I have: I have a laptop conneted to a wireless network. I would like
to use Vista's "backup & restore" to backup the laptop to a external disk
conneted to my desktop. When I try to set it up I get that question about a
password I don't belive I set. I tried all the password I have set on the
laptop and the desktop but I can't get by that password question. The laptop
can see the disk and copy and do everything else to and from that disk, it's
just the backup that's a problem.

Greatful for ANY help.
