I am jumping in the middle of this. I am the IT person for a small shop that
stores its BU data on a Iomega FileServer 150D NAS. I am trying to schedule
an automated BU of the local Outlook data store to the NAS from the Vista
desktops. I am using Retrospect for the XP machines, but need a solution for
the Vista PCs. Vista BU can browse and find the desired BU folder on the
NAS, but reports the BU file already exists (which it doesn't). Anyway to
make this work? The share has full control and Vista can access it properly.
Does Vista BU only work if the NAS has firmware based on 3.x version of
Samba?
