I HAVE THE NEW CANON G9 CAMERA THAT TAKES .CR2 RAW IMAGE FILES.
WINDOWS RAW IMAGE VIEWER CAN'T OPEN THESE FILES. CAN WE GET MS TO UPDATE THE
RAW IMAGE VIEWER TO INCLUDE CANON G9 RAW FILES????
THANKS (P.S. I CAN OPEN OTHER .CR2 IMAGE FILES DOWNLOADED OFF THE WEB)

How's that caps lock?
You don't have to scream - I am right here.
Your newspapers and magazines get re-printed like this too?
*grin*

Seriously - all upper-case lettering is difficult to read for some people
and others consider it the equivalent of talking to them like they are HARD
OF HEARING. *grin* Try mixing up the case a bit - it makes things a bit
easier to read when done like it is in most published media. ;-)

I am guessing you have this:

when you refer to the Microsoft Raw Image Viewer.

Many photography sites suggest using the "Zoom Browser" that came with the
camera software and/or something like:

sorry for the caps; i can see them better. The MS raw image viewer is very
convenient to use when in MS Explore. So was hoping that MS would add a fix
to cover the new Canon camera. (G9)
Thanks
