Raid controller OR multiple drive failure?

I am having issues with my Windows server 2008 recognizing my Raid 5 array. The entire drive does not show up in the system at times. I have captured 3 screenshots of various states of the raid, including the log file and information. After reboot of the server, the drive is accessable sometimes and it shows up correctly in the raid array manager.

Im not sure if its the raid controller failing, or multiple drive failures. (hopefully you can clearly read the screenshots, if not i'll link them elsewhere as full image)

Hi,

I think you cannot see if there's any red-led on your drive because they're inside your server.

I'm not sure, but I THINK the problem is the controller itself because if you see, one time is the MEMBER 1 and PATH 1 which has an error, then is MEMBER 2 and PATH 1 and 2. So, It's really strange that 2 harddrives fail at the same time...

If you can, run a test on each disk with the proper tool. Tools are available on their website and usually they run as a boot cd.

I checked the controller itself (PCI add in card) and there are no sata lights, and the drives themselves are packed tightly and i'm unsure if they have any led on them. I'll try to find some Seagate software to test the drives individually. I did have the machine off for a few days while trying to research a solution, when I started it the drives booted and were recognized. I'm leaning toward controller failure too. to be continued...
