Quick launch

Hi,
I've putted my taskbar on the left of my screen.
However, every now and then, Windows reorders alphabetically the icons
on my quick launch, discarding the order that I've built with drag & drop.
I solved this issue renaming alphabetically the .lnk files of my Quick
Launch folder.
But, if I launch "Windows prompt", on the titlebar I see "24Windows
Prompt", where 24 was the number that I give to the .lnk files.

Any way to resolve this?
