My system unexpectedly rebooted (apparently a device driver problem) and now
clicking a Quick Launch icon causes Windows to display the icon's properties
instead of launching the related application. This happens for all 12 Quick
Launch icons I have.
I know rebooting again will likely (I hope) fix the problem but does anybody
know why this is happening?
Thanks for your time.
