Hi,
so, I recently became a Microsoft Registered Refurbished, I have a couple questions and I appreciate any help...
1) since XP is going out of market, does this mean we (the refurbishers) are now allowed to sell PCs with XP installed on them? or can we sell them as a used PC?
2) on Dell computers, if you use the OEM Dell XP installation disk, it won't ask you for any product keys or activation and if you ghost it to another PCs, still the same, so is this legal?
3) I have some Dell PCs in my stock that don't have recovery media but they do have original Dell COAs, can I use a Dell XP master disk to install XP on them and sell them? if so, do I have to provide them a recovery media disk or a recovery partition on the hard drive? because non of the distributors sell XP disks anymore, and these computers not worth to install 7 pro or home on them!
