question marks or gibberish instead of Hebrew

Hi all,

Whenever an email is sent to me that originated in Hebrew I receive question
marks or gibberish. I know somehitng is off somewhere in my setting but I
have no idea how to go about correcting.

Go into the control panel....regional options

then enable Hebrew.

You should end up with the ability to switch languages.
(Look in the system tray)
 
Which email client are you using ??

Thank you for answers. I did enbale Hebrew & have it on my start bar, does
not correct problem.

Generally I open my email in AOL. Same happens when I open in outlook.
Problem is on my computer & laptop. Another PC with same programs it opens
OK. I just cannot figure out where the settings differ.

What fonts are you using? Make sure the fonts support Hebrew.
