Is there a way to pull a log of what websites where visited by certain IPs or
users? I know there are software programs that detail the urls, minutes on
the page, and other things. But what I am looking for is a way to pull some
of the same information if not all of it from just the existing Win 2003
Server software.

Well if its just raw website log files (to view in notepad) you're after
this doc explains how to enable them
"How to configure Web site logging in Windows Server 2003" -
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/324279

But if you want the info displayed in a prettier format, you might need to
use a 3rd party app, of which there are many free available. I havent seen
anything like this offered by Microsoft, but perhaps someone else here has.

Ahh you know i think I read your post wrong before.. you are looking at a
way to track YOUR user's internet browsing habits to external websites,
correct? In that case, you should look to your firewall product to produce
this info, hardware firewalls such as Sonicwall do this great as does
Microsoft's ISA package.

You can also look in the DNS server and see what web sites have been
visited. it doesn't tell you who visited what but it does give you an idea
of which sites are being visited. You select the server name in DNS, select
advanced on the toolbar and look in cached lookups.
