My Progress bar windows are not reading in English. They seem to be in
written wing dings. The same is with the top of of the internet explorer
window. Everything else is fine, but it drives me nuts because I never know
which window to click on when I have several opened.
Can someone help?

The font for this (and much else) is user selectable. Right click anywhere
on the desktop and select the 'Appearance' tab( or 'Appearance' tab. Click
the 'Advanced' button ('Advanced'). The dialog box that you are now looking
at allows you to select the font for most bits of the windows interface.

Windows uses the Wingdings or Webdings font as its default display font
when you install updates with antivirus software running on a Windows

M.I,
I tried using the appearance tabs and could not locate a tab for the
progress bar fonts. Have any other suggestions? Thanks
