Program's Help Files unable to be displayed

We have 2003 small business server and Sage ERP that we can't see the help
files in the Sage program. I was told that is a problem with the Windows
Server but don't know how to fix this or if this is true. Does anyone in
here know how to fix this or had a similar problem? The error message says
"The navigation to the web page was canceled. Retype the address."

I'm not sure if this is the cause of your issues but it does seem to be
related. I also have a program that uses web help pages. I discovered there
was an update that causes web help pages not to be displayed. The hotfix was
KB896358. As soon as I removed this my web help pages were displayed. Give
it a try and if it doesn't work you can always install the update again.

Thanks, the update is part of SP1 and can't be uninstalled. I will try the
work-arounds that MS recommends.
