Programs/Application listing issue

Hi,
Can someone please advise me how to arrange all the programs/application
listings alphabetically? Refer below..

If I go to "Start" - "All Programs" - it will show all the
programs/application I installed before in random order! I want them to be
arranged alphabetically. Any idea how?? Please help.

Move your mouse pointer to the list of installed programs. Right click and
select "Sort by name" from the menu.
