Hi,
I have mounted a disk to an empty NTFS folder - "C:\Program Files\Custom", I
then install various applications to that mount point. However, I found that
I am not able to add application (*.exe) that installed in mount point to
Windows Firewall's exceptions list. It show "Windows Firewall cannot add
<application name" to the list of exceptions".
For testing reason, I copy the exe file outside the mount point, e.g.
"C:\Program Files", "C:\Users\<Username>\Documents", "C:\" and etc, it can
then be added to the exceptions list. As long as the exe file is not in a
mount point, it can be add to exceptions list!
Anyone know what is going wrong and how to workaround this?
Thank you.
