Profile Disabled need urgent help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was using my HTC Touch HD (T8282) till August 2010. After that I lost my phone so I discontinued using my Live Profile. Today I came to know that my live ID with all my phone data (contacts, messages) has been disabled. How can I get my data back. I was planning to buy Nokia Lumia and get my data back on it.


Please help me ASAP.
