I installed Windows 8 a few weeks back on my computer. I upgraded to Windows 8.1, but it screwed with my wireless, so I had to downgrade back to Windows XP. Now when I try to reinstall Windows 8, it says that "this product key did not work. Please check it and try again or try a different key". Yet I am using the product key from my order, and I am copying and pasting it from my e-mail to ensure it works. Yet it doesn't.
Please help. I've wasted the last 24 hours trying to fix this to no avail.
