Hi,

Probably one user has done something special because now it isn't
possible to print a pdf file on his shared printer with his profile.

Other user can print pdf files on that computer and on that printer.

Anyone any idea where to look?

Thx

So what happens when the user tries to print a pdf file?
Error message?
Can the same user print other documenst to the same printer?
Can the same user print pdf's to another printer?
What exactly do you mean with "his shared printer"? Where is the
printer installed? Is it a network printer? Is it a redirected
printer?
Have you tried to give the user a new profile?

OK, one more question:
can the user print a pdf file to the same printer locally, on his
workstation?
If that also fails, then the problem has nothing to do with
Terminal Services.
If that works, then I would carefully compare all printer related
settings for the user in Acrobat reader on the TS.

You might also want to search the Acrobat user forums:

Never checked it because:
- when I log in (on TS) with an other user account I can print the
pdf.
- tried to logon from other computers but same problem.

So I gues it the profile.

Btw all computers startup as administrator.
