I need a way to solve a problem with windows 7 update. I able to download and install updates. However, after installing the update, during configuration of the update on restart, the system hangs at 15% of the configuration. I have left the system on
for over 5 hours on an occasion to see if that point could be crossed and still it hung there. On two occasions, I've gone to the support and was asked to download some file and run. This I did but it still did not solve the problem. What should I do to continue
