Problem with Security Center

I spent all of Christmas Eve trying to install XP on a new Intel DG33TL
motherboard with the SATA drive in the AHCI mode. One problem is the
motherboard does not have a floppy channel, and the driver for the
single IDE channel has to be installed separately. In short, I finally
understand that the textmode drivers have to be installed with a
slipstreamed version of XP, which I made, since F6 looks for a floppy,
and I don't have a USB floppy drive.

There may be some other problems, but one of the most obvious is, when I
open Security Center, not all of the colors are showing in the screen,
making that page not only look funny but also difficult to understand.
The problem is not screen resolution or drivers as everything else works
perfectly. As a test, I copied wscui.cpl to the new computer, and it
gives the same result. How can I fix this problem and hopefully
determine whether there are other hidden problems? I about ready to
reinstall XP for the fifth time.
