problem with installshield setup launcher

could anybody advise me. Can't install any games or stuff to my pc.

I guess we are having the same problem.... not sure..... do you get dos box open up every time you try to install anything? (setup.exe) It usually says something like "The call to loadlibrary failed with error 2".....?
