Problem while installing GTA - IV in my system

I am using Windows 8, while installing Grand theft auto - IV in starting itself i am getting this error &gtSetupNew setup.cpp(140) PAPP: PVENDOR:PGUID:$15.0.0.498"windows Vista Sevice Pack 0 (9200) IE Version : 9.10.9200.16484
Please tell me the solution.
