I have 3570K + asus p8z77 v-pro
I have installed window 8 enterprise
the problem is when O change the core ratio from bios to 45 to give frequency 4.5Ghz , when I log in the ratio become 44 then the frequency become 4.4Ghz
in brief< max ratio on windows is 44 and can't be above that
Is there a solution for this problem
