Problem installing to new HDD on HP 410-010

Hey guys, I had to replace a dead HDD on this machine. When I power on it, after the logo it goes to this screen

and it stays that way so I restart and enter the bios,

If I choose the first option under UEFI which is IPV4 and hit ENTER it restarts and goes back to that same screen. If I select "Legacy Boot Sources", it does the same thing. What I am not understanding is why when I move the arrow to the Legacy boot sources option and hit ENTER, it doesn't show any boot options, help please?

It's ok, I had a problem disabling secure boot bit got it now
