Problem entering info

Ginnie

Have a DELL Laptop that just yesterday started entering info in a very funny
way -
It prints like this -
THAMNKS
O.K.
EXCEPT
MNY
COMNPUTER
IS
WRITIMNG
LIKE
THIS.
EXTRA
LETTERS
AMND
DOWMN
IMNSTEAD
OF
ACROSS.

Not sure what the problem is - but any help would be appreciated.

The setup is fine - anything else I can do - Thanks - the setup is the same
as on my desktop - have xp - sp2

You don't tell us what program is giving you the error,
but it appears to be your email program.

Go to IE and check page setup margins.
I suspect you have the right margin setting too large.
IE sets the margins for both the Internet and email printing

Thanks - I am using AT&T Yahoo mail - do not use IE - I checked IE - and
could not find that setup area.

Called DELL - now they tell me that they will send a disc to correct - but
when I install will lose all info have ever entered - Something does not seem
right about this - again thanks for any help!!!!

Before doing a reformat/install, download and burn BartPE to a CD and
use that to copy needed files to a second HD. There doesn't seem to be
a way to see USB drives with BartPE. There are plugins available though.

Answer at bottom of page did not help - guess will have to follow DELL's
instructions when I receive disc from them - The problem is getting worse -
