Hello,
In the last few days I've been having this problem that most of the time when I try to access a unc from start-run, my account gets locked.
My PC is on domain1 and the UNCs are on domain2. I didn't use to have this problem and no one around me has it (same configuration). The user is domain admin.
This happens only on my PC. On PCs around me which are on domain1, I can access UNCs on domain2 as much as I want.
I've used eventcombmt to scan lock events. Got 4776 and 4740. That got me nowhere in google.
I change Netlogon logging settings on my computer. Couldn't figure out what's wrong from that.
I get "similar query failed recently" and "cannot NlBrowserSendDatagram".
No problem connecting to the servers through mstsc.
There's no service anywhere that uses my account. The lockup only happens when I use \\servername.
Workstation is windows xp sp3.
DCs are windows 2008 r2 SP1.
Any thoughts?
