Windows 8>1 - Sat. it printed good. Today when I tried to print the printers, fax, etc. were all listed on the print page but it wouldn't print. When I tried to print from the DEVICE setting after swiping in from the left it said you can only print from apps. When I entered the Control Panel and clicked on printers and devices all the printers, fax, etc. were gone and had been replaced by pictures of what looked like washing machines with a blue music note at the top right and a frame from film at top right. They had names of people I know except one which said PROBOOK and one which said nothing. Search doesn't locate any printers. In Printers and Devices I can't add printers anymore either. I have no idea what happened.
