I have several PCs and 1 Printer connected via a switch. I need to configure
the Printer (shared) in such way that all users when logon will be able to
use the same printer settings without having to set the printer again.
I have tried copying the entire local administrator profile (the one which
used to configure the local printer) to the all users profile, but when users
logon, they could not see the printer icon. Pls help asap.

using the admin account on each pc, install the printer and mark it as all
users can use it. you will have to install the drivers on each pc.

Yes, so I did. I had installed using Local Admin account to install the
driver. But after that, when a new user logon (roaming profile), the user do
not get the printer that is already installed.
I had logon using another Local Admin account to copy the Local
"Administrator" Account to All Users Profile. This supposed to copy all the
hidden files across, unfortunately, it doesnt. (note: even though ntuser.pol,
ntuser.ini, ntuser.dat and Printhood & Nethood were copied)
