Do we have the option to make a document into a pdf? We had a WinnPDF print
selection which allowed us to do this at work. I have Microsoft Office
Standard 2007 and Windows XP Home Edition version 5.1 with Service Pak 2.

Although I love PDFCreator...
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/

If you have Office 2007 and want to be able to Save As PDF directly without
third party software...

PDFCreator
Pretty easy to use and install.
Free.
Simply appears as another printer so any program that can print can
use it.

I have DoPDF installed at my location. Free and small footprint.

In addition to other free of charge programs mentioned already, I actually
have installed and have used only CC PDF creator.
http://www.cogniview.com/cc-pdf-converter.php . It certainly works well in
my experience. Acrobat works, I am sure, but it is not free of charge.
