POWER TOYS RAW Image Thumbnailer install Question

When I install the Power Toys "RAW IMage Viewer" I get a message that
says "Errror 1904 C:\Raw Thumnailer NEFRAWHandler.dll failed to
register HRESULT 2147220473 Contact support personnel.

I only need it to see thumbnails of Canon .CR2 files so that's all I
chose to install.

There's no one to contact but you guys.

Any ideas as to what could be wrong? I tried to repair the install but
I get the same error. I had used this Toy previously and in Windows
Explorer it always locked my machine, but I thought I'd try it again,
now I have this error.

I don't know what is wrong with the MS unsupported tool installation but
here is an alternative you could try :
