Power save doesn't work with limited account

Hello,

I recently changed some registry keys to enable (un-freeze) the drop-
downs in the power save settings for Limited accounts. I can change
the drop-downs now, but hibernation or standby never takes place for
Limited accounts. Has anybody seen this behavior?

This seems to be a good approach, similar to what I tried earlier:

However, Hibernation/Standby works for an Administrator but still does
nothing for Limited accounts.
