Postfix server should reject the connection when starttls is issued.

I work for Email Security company.I have a scenario to test our product .when I connect to postfix server using TLS and When Starttls is issued then postfix should give 5xx or 4xx error.How can i generate this error when starttls is issued to postfix server.
