I get so tired of seeing irrelevant stuff in Windows Explorer.
My Documents
Documents.
User Documents
My Network Places
Recycle Bin
Control Panel.
All of these are completely irrelevant to me. I want to see hard drives/partitions and nothing else because everything is under one of them. Placing shortcuts in Windows Explorer just seems so wrong. Anyway, is there any way of controlling what is displayed? I looked in Group Policy and didn't find anything but maybe I missed something? Could something in the registry control this?
