possibly not relavent but still microsoft related

i am trying to monitor my computer and gain some experience with my computers on my home network and i was wondering if there is a safe, non-infected keylogger that will email the logs to a specified email address but will not install malware and other viruses on any of my computers..?

Any info would be great.
