Windows 2003 Port closed?

Hi,

i have a problem with my Win2003 Server. The Firewall is deactivated
and i try to connect via Telnet on port 11112 to our Firewall.
But the connection ist not possible... I´ve tried to add the port to
the list exception list, although the firewall is not active. With the
Tool tcpview i have seen, that the port is not used on the server.
Anyone an idea?

I do not understand what it is you are trying to do. You want to
connect to 11112 on another peice of equipment from the 2003 server,
or do you want the server to accept inbound connections on port 11112?
