Popup Persists

I keep getting the hilighted part of a popup (right-click) menu persisting on
my screen. The only way I can seem to get rid of it is by signing on to
another account. Can someone help me with this problem?

It will probably disappear when you press Ctrl+Esc.
 
Sounds like you need to get a current/correct driver for your video
adapter from the manufacturers web site.
