I thought some software was trying to do a final install step, but
couldn't access the drive where it expected to find the medium.
Removing the utility from the Runonce key might've prevented it from
trying to continue the install.
Of course, it could have been in a Run key.. that search would've been
the next step, and that's where you would probably have found
"hpqtra08.exe".
