Please help the pc illiterate

Please help me I know "nothing" about pc's I have A nVidia G force 3 Ti 200 vid card on win xp os I know its outdated but you know gotta work with what ya got anyways I havent updated my vid drivers for prob 2 years and I have no idea what to look for or even how to look for it if anyone could tell me if there is a driver update and maybe where to get it I would very much appreciate it. thank you
