Why do you need to do this?

It is a kiosk thAT we run the advertising content on

"payed", "toolbaars". If I were an advertiser you wouldn't be getting
revenue from me.
You obviously really don't know what you are doing or you have
ulterior motives.
The obvious solution is to allow Windows to load normally and that is
important as it proves Windows is functioning normally and all that is
required is also loaded, then load your dubiously spelt advertising.
