Pin to Start Menu is Missing in XP Home SP2

Umma Gumma

Suddenly the option to be able to pin a program in the program list off of
the start menu is missing. I've looked in the knowledge base but can find no
specific reference to this. This is a new one on me. Does any MVP know how
to fix this? Thanks.

Login as Administrator (or equivalent). Then type in Start, Run:

regsvr32 /i shell32.dll

Press {ENTER}
