This evening I had a phone call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft saying that multiple people have been excessing my computer.
When I asked him who he was and refused to give him excess my computer he became verbally aggressive and threated to excess my computer himself via my IP address and wipe my computer. this was quite upsetting and frightening. Has this come from Microsoft or is it fraudulent.
would appreciate it if you could get back to me asap
