PDF Office is a new application that lets you create and edit PDF documents on your iPad. You can also download and add documents from iCloud Drive, Dropbox, Box, and Google Drive.

You can use PDF Office to create a fillable PDF, making things like surveys, contracts, and time sheets. Your documents can contain information fields, drop-downs, checkboxes, and more. You can share your created documents through email, Dropbox, Box, and SkyDrive. PDF Office's flexible markup tools will let you highlight, stamp, hand-write notes, and more.

In addition to creating from scratch, you can also convert existing items into PDFs. Choose a document file, a web page, or an image. Use the app to save and markup receipts, and paper documents. Scanned documents can be turned into interactive PDF forms using PDF Office's automatic form field detection.

PDF Office is free to download and use in a limited capacity, with a subscription to unlock the full features of the app. It costs $4.99 per month, and $39.99. Anyone who has PDF Expert 5 installed within the first seven days of the PDF Office launch will get a free 1-year subscription.
