When do the date/time stamps for this "file" get updated? I'm showing a creation date/time 9 days prior to installation (which I'm assuming and am about to test is due to a reinstall) and a entry modified date/time 3 weeks prior to the last shutdown, albeit in line with the last logon. So with all the activity going on are the date/time attributes only updated during login?
